1983 P Spitting Eagle

    Would this one be Considered a Spitting Eagle? Its not a Crack or Scratch. Its a Raised Line.

    That raised line is a die crack. It's difficult to tell from those pictures but it does appear to be the spitting eagle variety. The coin is suffering from circulation wear and tear so that doesn't help. Any extra value will be decreased because of the coins overall condition.
