It's often a good idea to show a photo of both sides of the entire coin when discussing the possibility of a clash. Chris
unfortunately I couldn't see anything that might suggest a clash on the front. there is another spot on the rev but it's not strong enough to get a photo of. I will try tomorrow though
The reason I was asking for a full photo of the obverse was to see if I could match the mark on the reverse with anything on the obverse. If it were a clash, it would be from a device on the obverse. Chris
I tried to get the best pics of the obv but holding my usb microscope hovering over a coin with hand is a challenge. I hope they help. I also pointed out a couple more spots on the rev. the curve I am thinking may be his head?
