I expected to see damage. Perhaps better photos will confirm the anomaly. When taking photos, use something heavy to hold the phone against to steady it. Perhaps a juice glass or an object that’s about the height of the optimal focal distance for you phone’s camera. Use a solid matte backing to quite the camera and focus on the dime. Zoom in but not too much; avoid blurry shots.
