Saw the cracks, turned it over & see the light clash. Over 35 years in circulation still visible. Nickels are tough animals.
Nice crack & clash. Is part of the adams apple missing also? The deterioration is evident on the obverse so I'm guessing this was worked on (polishing ) at least once if missing some detail.
