    Keep it as a reference piece. The obverse is probably a series of linear plating blisters. Also,the copper plating is applied so thinly over the zinc core that it can move under pressure causing all kinds of anomalies.
    The reverse of cents are well known for die cracks from the top corners of the memorial to the rim.
