1983 doubled something ??

This 1983 cent was returned to me at the drive thru and it popped out with naked eye. I tried to see if I could figure this one out on my own and still not sure. Both sides look doubled. Return pile or keeper pile?

Well I'm new at this but I've posted coins that look like that and they always tell me it MD

 

I'm sure it is. I'm the mechanical doubling king. Still have to check.
