I'm pretty sure this is what you call a die crack. I could be wrong. This why I have you guys. :) in between the E-C . This a good coin? Any premium? Yes I weighted it, it's a zinc. IMG_0281.JPG IMG_0277.JPG

Looks like a minor Plating Issue. Bubble/Blister... In my opinion

I agree with the plating blister, Most of the die craks for this year come from the memorial and touch the rim. In your image it does not look sharp, or like a die crack.

I am really new at this, and I am only guessing to see if I am getting it, so please tell me if I'm wrong guys I think this error is the result of bubbling?

The bubbling is the result of improper
    copper plating.

Like painting a wall, and you get a
    bubble in the paint.......

Can you please explain to me why die cracks are important? And i have a quarter somewhere from 80's (Not on me) with same kind of line on front and back. To me it looked like a hair was under plating. Is that bubbling (obviously new at this)

It's a mint error. It's imperfection makes it have value for someone who collects coins that are supposed to be perfect. I believe they destroy coins with defects so that makes it interesting I guess. I'm not that knowledgeable but I know at least why ppl like it. Ppl love errors.

Do you have a coin in question? Just post a pic of what you think is like this. By the way this is not a die crack. This is how you should show your pictures

Thank you, you have honestly been so helpful. I appreciate it. Can you also explain the difference between double die and double struck please. And which one happens in only one side?
