I feel the motto is most doubled on this coin and makes this coin a pretty good candidate to be a doubled die. The reverse seems to be an earlier die that outlasted the obverse die, though I am almost always incorrect on these things, but what thickness is added on the reverse appears to be an effect of the wear on the die.
