1983 Canadian cent (is reverse supposed 2 b upside down?)

    both sides should be upright. I just looked at my toned 1947 Canadian cent it had medal alignment.

    unless you have a rotated die. BonnieSue's Kennedy half looks like a rotated die in the mirror. not sure what the degrees turned are ? ...
