    This is one case where the Truview is not a beauty contest photo. I just got it, and the rainbow and golden toning is gorgeous. A great coin in hand!

    Nice. I recently bought two of the proof sets these came from for like $11 each.

    Although these dollars are only 50% silver, they make nice inexpensive additions to my world crown collection.

    @Morgandude11 What is this coin commemorating? I haven't seen this design before, and I'm having a hard time figuring out if the guy on the obverse is speed skating, wrestling, jumping hurdles?

    Great toning. Very nice coin!

    It is a World University games in Edmonton commemorative. I think it is supposed to be speed skating. It was a fairly limited issue for 1983.

    Actually, looking at the figure closely, I'd say hurdles. (track and field event)
