That looks like what is known as Die Deterioration Doubling, which means, as the die gets old and wears out, it allows the hot metal from the strike to ooze out from under the edge of the die, forming what looks like doubling but really isn't considered real doubling at all.  It is so common it has no value.Take a look at this link. On the upper left side is a list of topics.
