It doesn't appear to be struck through grease but maybe the pictures just don't show it. If you are asking about the little blisters on the surface of the coin, those are known as plating blisters and are a common occurrence on zinc cents. Just wondering, how would a coin be struck through the country of Greece? Sounds a bit dramatic if you ask me .
You coin was minted in Philadelphia...Not Greece If you are referring to all those bubbles, those are plating bubbles. Not struck through grease.
Ah yes I am dyslexic so I'm use to people laughing at my spelling, but plating bubbles I haven't heard of that before.
Very common on what we call zlincolns, Cents minted 1982 to date. Lots of minor but extremely common errors occur on copper plated Zinc cents.
Ok thanks you lot are saving me a tone of reading. What error coin books would you suggest with good photos Mr nut
http://www.error-ref.com This website is a very good educational source if you want to learn the types of mint errors and how to distinguish them.
Looks like flaking paint. Some one was playing fast and loose with the Rust-O-Leum. Or those zinc blisters.
