A image of the " T " in CENT would help too .

 

That is DDO for sure..VV 004 or 005 with die markers. DDR is question mark. The RUS of Trust and 83 that indicate DDO. Die crack on RV right at FG initial is die marker.

 

I thought it was in wexler files .
