1982p cent... 2 cuds on obverse?

    I'm pretty sure it's a cud around the "W", but is the other one a cud also? The weight is 3.1 grams. 1982fullobv.jpg 1982crop.jpg 1982fullrev.jpg

    I have never seen cuds looking like that.
    Are you sure about the the weight?
    I was thinking plating bubbles but you say it is 3.11

    They do not resemble any cud that I've ever seen. Is it possible to be a larger than normal die chip?
