    1982 Lincoln penny weighs 3.1 with an error mark which is the mint mark over the two in the 1982

    what exactly is your question ??

    IMHO, That's not a mint mark error.
    maybe a die chip or PMD

    FYI, it's a large date.

    but a better picture of the area up closer, rather than further away would help.
