No offense , but probably not that one. You do appear to have the 1982 Philadelphia small date Lincoln cent, however , 1) Look at the condition of yours. In coin collecting, like in many things, condition is everything. And sadly, the condition of yours leaves a lot to be desired. 2) Which 1982 Philadelphia small date Lincoln cent do you have? There are several varieties. You will need to weigh it, very accurately, to be sure. 3) Valuable ? As in, Get Rich Quick? NO Valuable, as in Worth More Than a Penny? Possibly. Remember, SharonNicole, condition, Condition, CONDITION is everything. Now, with that said, I will leave you in the hands of other, much more experienced , members of Coin Talk, who may be willing to give you a value for your coin. My apologies, but I try not to place values on other people's coins. Further information may be obtained here : 1982.html Thank you for posting.
There is a 1982 D Mint Mark small date Copper Cent that was found once.. The only one evere found. ://www.numismaticnews.net/article/rare-1982-d-small-date-copper-found Yours is a normal Philadelphia minted Cent. People try to sell those on websites such as Etsy for thousands of dollars. Etsy.com is garbage! They know nothing about coins!
You can Google 1982 D small date copper and see many websites with info on it. We have had probably about 100 threads here on CoinTalk this year of members thinking they found one.. All have been wrong. @furryfrog02 right?
