Looks like I have found a 1982 small date, 3.11 grams.
    What do you think?
It also has a slanted die crack under the "fg".
This pic is a comparison of what I believe to be large date and small date.

The one on the left is large and the one on the right is small.
And it's not just a 1982-D small date.
They made copper and zinc cents that year.
There are 7 coins in this set. (1982-D small date copper not included because there has only been 1 found so far, and there are also 1982-S proof coins.)
    1. 1982 LD copper
    2. 1982 LD zinc
    3. 1982-D LD copper
    4. 1982-D LD zinc
    5. 1982 SD copper
    6. 1982 SD zinc
    7. 1982-D SD zinc
The copper coins weigh 3.1 grams and the zinc coins weigh 2.5
I still need 1 of the zincs for this set. #6 I think.
    Photo large left small right.

The small date looks much finer.

The right coin is a SD, notice the distance from the rim.
