guessing both small dates. wait for more experienced opinions...

Yes small date. But it's not copper though.

 

The first one could be copper or zinc.
Still need photos of the whole coin, both are small dates.
Probably worth .01 cent each.

Philly made large date and small date in copper and zinc.
Denver made large date in copper and zinc, and small date in zinc only.
Although 1 copper 1982-D small date has been found.

The 1982-S is copper large date.
