    Can someone tell me about this penny. It is also a copper penny

    Yes its a copper cent. Explain what you want to know about it.

    The nose is not attached to forehead. Is it a large date or small

    Your coin is a large date and may have a very minor over polishing but it's common.

    They made 17+ billion cents in 1982.
    Philly large date copper they made 10.7 billion of these.

    It is a large date and looks like it has a misaligned die on the heads side.

    You can see on your coin how it is slighlty thicker by the rim area
    from 4 o'clock- 11 o'clock and thinner on the other half from 11 to 4 o'clock.
    It wasn't centered perfectly when it was struck, it is slightly mis aligned.
    It would have to be more severe to be worth anything. It's worth a penny.
    If you want to keep it, keep it. If you want to spend it, spend it.
