The large date on the left is .01 cent. They made 17 billion cents in 1982. I don't believe there is a mintage for small dates, but 2 billion for Philly and 1 billion for Denver are possible. When you figure the total minted and how long the small dates were used. Of course this is just a very rough ball park number. In mint state, the small date Philly zinc and small date Philly copper have value. .80 cents for the zinc and .50 cents for the copper. Your coin is not mint state and worth .01 cent as almost all of them are. I don't know why the Denver small date carries a very minimum premium in mint state, since there are less of them. (A quarter or so).
