Different weight from my other 82. This one is 2.5 grams

That is the correct weight for a copper coated zinc cent.
Appears to be damage on the left side.
Maybe a clipped planchet? Top and bottom of coin appears odd..lettering is kinda of smeared
looks like damage...
Should i celebrate! Or do i need wait for the party
I see damage. Nothing to do with a clipped planchet. If it were an Incomplete clip it would appear on both sides of the Cent. The Reverse of your Cent looks mormal.
It weighs2.5 could it be a zinc?
That party will never happen. Just FYI.
You have a normal large date copper plated zinc cent.
2.5 grams is definitely zinc.
Lg date philly zinc keep searching they are out there waiting to be had good luck
I have the 1982 D small date but not copper, is it worth more than face value ?
