    well I've been learning how to grade coins now that there is a local coin club with awesome members. This coin I thought that may grade ms 66 if I sent it in at most would grade a 64 because of a few minor scratches on the obverse north ne of the eye. I see now why grades higher than ms64 are tough to pull. Even with nice eye appeal.
