1982 no mint mark

    It looks like it might be a lamination error, but it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

    By the way, any Lincoln cent with no mintmark was produced by the Philadelphia Mint. ~ Chris

    First thing I thought was a Rim Burr also.
    Not completely sure though. But I also say it's worth what a collector is willing to pay for it.

    But ballpark?
    Lamination - $2.00 - $3.00
    Rim Burr - $4.00 - $5.00

    Not enough to pay off your debt :(
