    The 82 appears to be a slight MAD ( misaligned die) it would help if you post a pic of whole coin, 59 appears to be a Die Chip based on your pic. JMO

    First one looks like maybe a rim fin from a MAD? Pics of the whole coin would help.

    The second one is a die chip.
