1982 Lincoln 3.0gms with die clash. Matches all the characteristics of 1982-03 LDS and wanted to know if it is from the experts. Thanks again everyone.
It doesn't look right to me for some reason. The bottom of the memorial above the nose should be much farther towards the edge. The left side of Lincoln looks like it is the top of the memorial. Something is wrong. It is either not upside down or not oriented with the reverse unless it is rotated 135+ degrees.
Not sure what this is, but I do see light clashes from the memorial behind Lincolns shoulder. Looks like a "Prison Cent" to me.
The 3 vertical lines appear to be coin marks but the 2 horizontal are raised. Thank you for your quick response.
Nice die clash coin. It appears to be copper too. I agree that the dies show some rotation, but I'm in for about 10° on that. Both sides show a little bit of Misaligned Die Strike. I say yes for a Late Die Stage, but I'm not an expert.
