You love that terminology don't you?

... usually if designers initials are missing its cause of over polished die. But whatever you say.

I’m done teaching. I’m always wrong according to you. Seems like this not my thing anymore

I’ll leave it all up to you guys. Won’t see me posting anymore. Always like to point out my “wrongs” but never compliment my rights.

What is up with you? I don't say you are wrong all the time. I just give my opinion as you give yours. No need to say the things you just said my friend. Relax dude. Even in my 30 years of collecting Mint Errors (longer than most people on CT have been alive) I have been wrong on occasion and I accept it and move on.

Was in a fight with my mom last night so I was a little too irritated, shouldn’t have been online. I’m sorry.

A perfectly reasonable statement even if, in this particular case, I can't see well enough to say one way or the other.

That’s what I was thinking too. Based on the picture, I just figured it would be grease or overpolished because that is what is most commonly known.

Between not being able to clearly see it, and the OP's mention of an "S", who knows.... I don't think, without further info, we'd be able to come to a definitive answer either way.

The good thing is that the OP has been provided with a handful of potentials to consider, so now the ball is in his court as to if he wishes to take this further or not.
