First of all, welcome to cointalk! Second, where are you seeing doubling? If you can, take close ups of those areas.

 

The only Doubling I see is in America which is DDD. Jmo

 

I see doubling in the last S in states and E in United

Sorry, but that is not doubling. What you see on the s is called die deterioration doubling. It happens when the stamp deteriorates, (hence the name) and it causes the coin it stamps to look a like it is doubled. Not sure with the E. I would need better pictures. But it is not doubling.

 

I looked again at the E, and I think it is also die deterioration, or DDD for short.

DDD is common. That is Die Deterioration Doubling and it adds no value. Welcome to CT.
