1982-D Quarter out of collar?

    Hey I found this and the top has very little rim showing (if any) yet the coin doesn’t look misaligned which is odd. I wonder if it was partially struck in the collar, giving it a partial collar appearance on the rim. What do you guys think?

    Really? I see no signs of damage, though I suppose it could be just a very slight MAD.

    Disregard this, I looked and it does maybe appear to be damage! I just threw it in with a tub of interesting PMD coins.
