Yes it is a 1982 D Small Date. From the "bubbles" in front of Lincolns' bust it looks to be a common Zincoln and not the extremely rare copper 1982D Sm date.

Yes that is a small date. The zincs weigh 2.5 grams and the copper weighs 3.1 grams. The copper is the rare one. You can see the zinc coming through the plating on the reverse of your coin.

Here is a handy reference for that, although once you see the difference, it is not
as subtle and tricky as the 1960 or the 1970-S IMO (the 82 is easy):

I have 2 Lincoln cents one is in rough shape the other has like a really shiny rainbow color on the back this is the 2014 Lincoln cent and the other one is a 2003 D Lincoln which is much larger than the other on the 2014 the edge of the coin also looks funny and help would be appreciated

The large one looks like a Texas cent. You put a cent inside a leather belt, and hit it with a rubber mallet and it gets larger. I have a few of these. Some get much larger. I'm not sure about the edge.
The rainbow could just be toning on the copper plating.
The zinc cents tone easily and kept out in the air, that color will change over time.

I'm very curious to know what happened to the 2014-D cent. Very strange looking.
