    I don't know what this post is about. Rose collector posted no photos of the coin in question.

    I would say your coin shows signs of machine doubling due to the flat shelf-like appearance at the edge of the design on the reverse. Frank's nose looks more like die deterioration.

    As the die deteriorates, the normally crisp, clean edges of the devices start to crumble and break, giving you the fatter, blurry looking lettering you have and the machine doubling
