1982 copper cent rim burr?

    On reverse under the E in ONE is what appears to be a strike through. I'm thinking rim burr.

    Looks like a type of Strike Through but definitely not a Rim Burr. A Burr is a totally different issue.

    Wait.. Really? The issue on the Left on the reverse? Or the strike through on the right?

    Both. The rim burr came off the left side and then was struck through on the right.
