1982 1c zinc MD or plating?

    Good morning,
    Was going through the a few hundred 1982 lincoln copper and zinc when I came across this one. This plating is not to bad considering what I read and seen for this permement change. The date is what caught my attention on digit 2. Is this MD or a plating anomaly? And if it is MD, did large date dies have such a short tail on number 2?
