Looks like he caught the spotted fever. That is one ugly coin. Otherwise it's just normal.

 

I just give him Tylenol and make him rest just kidding i put in the garbage. I thought I found good because it’s older than 90’s or shield pennies... but I still have a lot of 60’s need to see very good before I post lol here I go again . I’m kind of nervous what I’m gonna excuse next time...
