Somebody knows something about the mint mark in this year? The mint did Small and normal mint mark o only small? Thank a lot for your time.
Two things can cause the mintmark to be smaller than normal. If the punch wasn't driven into the die deeply enough it will be smaller, and die polishing can reduce the size as the field is lowered.

When Coinfacts says "small P" they are just referring to the general size of the letter not in reference to comparison to others of the same date or surrounding dates. Basically it just means that it is smaller than the other letters in the legend.
