    Do you see all of those parallel striations in the fields that are pointing toward the rim? They are indicative of die deterioration. ~ Chris

    This is a worn out die, most of (99.9%) what you find on these clads will be a form of die deterioration. In fact I only know of three actual DDO/DDR since clad coinage became the norm. last one was 89
