Possible doubling on IGWT, date, LIBERTY, ear and mint mark? Or just another worn out die or machine doubling? Also on the torch flames?
Do you see all of those parallel striations in the fields that are pointing toward the rim? They are indicative of die deterioration. ~ Chris
This is a worn out die, most of (99.9%) what you find on these clads will be a form of die deterioration. In fact I only know of three actual DDO/DDR since clad coinage became the norm. last one was 89
