Hits on the rim.. Plating Bubbles..
It's a normal Cent Willie.. Not MS IMHO

    Reverse is Die Deterioration Doubling

    V. Kurt Bellman Yes, I'm blunt! Get over your "feeeeelings".

Ummm, 1981's are NOT plated. Can't be plating bubbles. And yes, it is MS.

I was just looking at the 1981 proofs on a Coin Grading companies website this coin has a deep deep cameo finish very very shiny with a frosted portrait frosting Memorial the FG is also tilted as the proofs are on that website in comparison to the MS 1981 could this be a proof coin with no mint mark

So I took the coin out of the flip this thing is unbelievably proof like I've never seen a penny so proof like that may not be a proof here's some pictures

Well its obviously not a proof given the mintmark.
And doesn't appear proof-like to me at all. The devices and the fields are not showing proof-like characteristics.

Sorry, not a proof. Just a business strike.

Not a proof. I don't see any cameo effect on the coin, and it does not exhibit diagnostics of a proof.

Is a 1964 proof in comparison to this coin both coins are identical if not the 81 has better proof like appearance than that 64

Still doesn't look like a proof.

Sorry sir need to say if you seen this coin up close you would think it would be a proof it's so well-struck and it's got such a cartwheel effect and it's very very frosted on all devices

Normally a "Deep Cameo" finish means frosted devices on a mirror background. That is not a mirror background. Also the strike doesn't appear to be good enough for a proof and the edges are not sharp. Now wait till someone who knows something responds :)

One post was enough. Proof coins (except matte proofs) have mirror fields that reflect objects for several inches. They also have edges that are 90 degrees.
