Hello y'all! I found this 1980P Quarter that weighs 6.0g. Tried to search the net for an explanation but could not find any. Experts that you are, I'm hoping that one of you have seen one of this or at least give me an idea as to what's going on with it. Thanks in advance!
Could be struck on a thick planchet. It is slightly higher in weight than the highest amount of tolerance given.
