1980 error quarter ,Inc with toning I think

    The tops of United are missing due to the
    strike, not to it being off center.

    It's Broadstruck out of the collar, and no
    design elements are missing on the outer
    edges, so it's not an off center strike.

    Not all broadstrikes are uncentered, so I don't
    agree with that definition exactly.

    Although some would, I wouldn't consider
    this to be an uncentered broad strike (it is,
    but it's very very minor as an uncentered B/S,
    imo.)

    Thank you for your desciption. I had to read it a few time.
    I think I see why you wouldn't consider this coin a Uncentered Broad Strike.
