So if course I didnt remember designers name off the top of my head I probably will now, but when i did search first thing ncgs say most newbies do think that the W is a mint mark. lol I tried to send him there to learn something but he was to busy on my counterfeit dimes.i finally asked the little shit I said are you 13 and you got a dime in your hand and you know it all now lol.
