Probably just MD but I can see it a bit in LIBERTY, IGWT, the date (check the left side of the 8) and particularly the R in AMERICA on reverse. Some of the columns also look funny to me...
You may want to elaborate. If you ever look at similar pictures of the Memorial many do not know that behind the columns is a wall. Behind the 5th and 8th column is the end of the walls and the opening to the chamber. Also behind the first and last column there is no wall, but other columns. The cent image reflects the Memorial columns, walls, and chamber.
