I found what looks to be two doubled die reverses in the same roll. The doubling comes up to the same level as the devices and also is not shelf-like, ruling out MD. I tried my best to take decent photos. Doubling can be seen on most of the reverse, but is more apparent on the right side of both coins in "America," the Lincoln Memorial, and slightly on "Cents." Im pretty sure these are both unattributed, although there are a lot of DDR varieties in 1989 on Wexler's site. I'm also curious as to their possible value. These are also my first doubled die finds other than national parks quarters and 2009 DDRs. Thanks for the help!
Try taking your photos from directly overhead, turn off flash and center coin under an alternate light source if you're able.
