198?3? Lincoln PMD vs Error

First impression says PMD. Then I was noticing the rim seems to be intact...so I question if it could be grease filled and cud city? The date looks like 1983 if held at an angle the 3 is clearer but I couldn't capture it in a pic. Tried to show the RTY of Liberty in the 3rd pic (arrows pointing to each letter).

Looks like one I pulled a few weeks ago that I was told was a struck through die cap.

Cool. I like the 3 different examples. I think mine is from when the die cap was still pretty new(least detail), then kbabyjohnson's(a little more detail), then clutchy's(most detail of the 3).

 

There are raised areas on my cent. Under LIBERTY, under the date and then 2 raised ridges running from Abe's nose and eyebrow, going northeast. Not sure if the pics are clear enough, I'm on my phone.
