All we have where I live is Kroger, Walmart, and Vowell's, the latter of which I believe is regional. I do most of my shopping at Kroger because they have some great sales and deals. Walmart doesn't do big sales or issue store coupons (though I do like to check their clearance aisle), and Vowell's is just awful all-around. They have coupons and free stuff you can clip on their app, but every time I go to buy those things and they ring up, I never get the discounts to apply. They also have too much expired or almost expired food so you really have to look at the dates on everything before buying. I once bought a bag of cole slaw and once home I noticed it was almost two weeks expired. A few days later I was supposed to get a free pack of hot dogs from an app coupon. After realizing I paid for it, I had to stand in line at customer service for 20 minutes to get my $3 back.[/QUOTE]
