1979 P Susan B Anthony-Rim Error Obverse?

Hi guys,

I have this 1979 P Susan B Anthony dollar and would like to know what is happening with the obverse rim on the bottom? Is this a collar clash?

I also see that there is a smaller piece of metal on the left rim to the left of the "L"in Liberty. Is this anything of significance?

Just damage under the date,the rim i think thats just extra metal e.t.c.

 

Slightly off center strike.

 

Struck with a worn die.

I'm not seeing it being an off center,rather a slight MAD.But these are one of the weirdest coin shapes by the mint so I'm questioning.

I believe I see what you are asking about. It appears to me to be a possible slight finning on a worn die, creating the doubled edge. I also see an anomaly continuing up into the bottom of her collar, but not sure if that is a slight lamination or something else.
I'm sure some of our error experts can correctly identify the issue. Mine are just from limited experience.
