1979-P Peeled Back Obverse

    Is this human interaction or mechanical damage? There is a weak strike on the reverse, a couple letters with some doubling and a die crack but the peeled back lamination made me wonder. Thoughts?

    I see the Die Crack on the base of the Memorial
    The Doubling looks like normal Mechanical Doubling
    And that peel I'm going to say is a Lamination Error
