I think it's pretty clear as to the anomalies on Obverse and Reverse, But this coin is also slightly out of round in the Northeast direction. Any thoughts are appreciated! DSC01432.JPG DSC01435.JPG

It is out of round because someone, or thing smashed it, nothing more. All PMD.

Just a question, But how is the motto still visible? Obverse "BERTY" and Reverse "Cents, and Of America"

Because those design elements were raised,
as on a normal coin. The flattening of the
coin, depending on how or what flattened it,
doesn't usually wipe out the flattened raised
    lettering, etc.
