I've found a 1978 "D" mint mark Eisenhower dollar with what seems to be a peg leg "R" in LIBERTY on the obverse. Anyone seen anything like this before? 003.JPG 004.JPG

Thank all of you fine folks for your help, I appreciate it. I'm actually a wood turner but I always look for a diversion this time of year. My Mom worked at a bank in OK during the 70's & 80's and she would set aside all the silver and unique coins that came through her window. She gave me a box full probably 20 years ago and for some reason I got a whim to pull it out of the closet and start going through them. Just like woodturning, this coin thing is addicting!! Thank you all again!!
