1978 D Penny warn die vs ?

    So I have been reading about warn die vs DDO/DDR. Even with pictures it is very challenging to notice the subtle differences. In the following pictures I wonder if there is just a warn die, RPM-like issue (given the anomalies are in the date and liberty), or some other occurrence. What say you?

    PMD from circulation. Look carefully at the letters and numbers and you can see where they took a hit and that misshapen them.
