    Is this a rotated reverse?

    It's a wee bit off. neat find! I remember in here somewhere, way back, that it should be a certain percent off before any value. For me though, I would be super happy to find that.

    15% or less is acceptable as far as the Mint is concerned. Most dealers don't care unless it is more like 90% or more. Yours looks to be about 25-30%.

    maybe 5% and are you holding it with metal tip tweezers?

    I have to agree with @cpm9ball on this one, more than 20º rotation for sure, but the tweezers are a bit of a cringe.

    Ha! They are my old stamp tongs..I tried for over an hour to get a pick with the wife's makeup compact thing...
    Heck we all learned..that's what was fun. I have a rotated reverse cent...
    not bad for a beginner

    They are self-locking so you can use them hands-free. They are great for taking photos of the edge of a coin, and because they are plastic, they won't damage the coin.
