    Just an abused penny - all the nasty coins I get go directly into a tumbler like this for a few hours- they come out nice a pretty - I have a hard time recognizing what the coins looked like before they went in

    Really red just means extreme toning of the copper. Most likely exposed to the elements. It is really nothing major at all.
